About SEL and Me
As a recent psychology graduate, I'm interested in how we can equip students and adults to think more clearly about pychological health. The recent progress in removing the stigma on mental health issues merits an accompagnying improvement in the approach to educating our population. I intend to make this my career and my mission. To get started, I'm going to learn about and document everything that I can find out about what's going on, what's being tried, what's working, and most importantly, where I can contribute. Join me.
